Case Study 01
Type: Full-stack scheduling system · Tech: PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS · GitHub Repository ↗
Scheduling and resource coordination become inconsistent and error-prone when handled manually. Teams need centralized visibility into availability, requests, and administrative controls to operate efficiently.
Built a database-backed room booking workflow with structured form inputs, record tracking, and admin-friendly views to support scheduling oversight and updates across shared resources.
Front-end forms collect booking details → PHP handles validations and business logic → MySQL stores and retrieves records → admin pages enable full CRUD operations.

Type: Reporting workflow automation · Tools: Excel, structured reporting outputs
Monthly reporting required repetitive manual steps and produced inconsistent formatting. Manual processes increased time cost and introduced risk of data entry errors across reporting cycles.
Created a repeatable workflow to extract, structure, and present monthly outputs consistently. The resulting output is easy to review, share, and archive — reducing manual steps while improving formatting consistency.
